Refund policy
At Miyata Pearls, we want you to love your jewellery. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Items should be returned with their original packaging where possible.
- Earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Miyata Pearls will cover the return postage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalised pieces cannot generally be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How to Return
- Contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at miyatapearls@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- We’ll send you the return instructions. If we cover the return postage, we’ll also provide a prepaid Australia Post return label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
