Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Window
  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items
  • For reasons of hygiene and the protection of our customers, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-made or personalised items are also non-returnable unless defective. 
  • Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Earrings cannot be exchange or return due to hygiene reasons. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@miyatapearls.com.au
  • Return Shipping
  • To return your product, you should mail it to: info@miyatapearls.com
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
